By creating an account or using venoPay services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use venoPay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use another person's account without permission

venoPay provides virtual debit card services subject to the following conditions:

• Virtual debit cards are for legitimate online transactions only
• Cards function as debit cards — funds are drawn directly from your venoPay balance
• We reserve the right to limit card generation
• Card availability depends on account status and available balance
• Transaction limits may apply based on account verification level
• We may suspend or terminate cards that violate our policies

venoPay has no monthly fees and no transaction fees on purchases. The following fee structure applies:

• Card creation: $2.50 per virtual debit card (one-time)
• Monthly fee: $0 — no subscription or maintenance charges
• Transaction fees: $0 — zero fees on purchases
• Withdrawal fee: $0 — free withdrawals anytime
• Currency exchange fee: $0
• All fees are clearly displayed before any action
• We reserve the right to modify the fee structure with advance notice
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance for card transactions

You have the right to withdraw your available venoPay balance at any time. We do not impose lock-in periods or restrict access to your funds. Specifically:

• Withdrawals can be requested at any time from your dashboard
• No minimum holding period applies to deposited funds
• Available balance is fully withdrawable at your discretion
• We will process approved withdrawal requests promptly per our Refund Policy timelines
• venoPay does not hold or freeze funds except as required by law or fraud investigations

You agree not to use venoPay services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Purchase of illegal goods or services
• Circumventing security features or access controls
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

We may require additional verification or documentation to comply with legal requirements. You agree to:

• Provide requested documentation promptly
• Cooperate with verification procedures
• Understand that services may be limited pending verification
• Accept that we may refuse service if verification fails

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may:

• Suspend services for maintenance or updates
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Restrict access in certain jurisdictions
• Implement changes to improve security or compliance

To the maximum extent permitted by law, venoPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to venoPay services are owned by or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Upon your request to close your account
• Compliance with legal requirements

You have the right to permanently delete your account at any time. To delete your account:

• Option 1: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app
• Option 2: Email support@venopay.xyz with subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email
• Withdraw any remaining balance before requesting deletion
• Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
• Personal data will be permanently removed, subject to regulatory retention requirements

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. venoPay is operated by Ekkid LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (Company ID: 2021-001050559).

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of venoPay after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless venoPay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and venoPay regarding the use of our services.
