- Option 2: Email support@venopay.xyz with subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address
- We will process your deletion request within 30 days
- Upon deletion: all personal data, KYC documents, and account history will be permanently removed
- Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before account deletion is processed
- Certain records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by AML/KYC regulations
